The walimex Compact Softbox is a flash adapter with the characteristic of a softbox. It can be mounted onto nearly every compact or handle mount flash by means of an elastic band. In the case of direct flashes the softbox supplies an even and soft illumination of the motif. A sensor for automatic flash operation which is possibly on the flashgun is not concealed due to the particular shape of the softbox. The loss of light only amounts to approx. one aperture stop.
