The walimex Foldable Grid is a convenient utensil for studio and outdoor photography. In studio, it makes the light harder. This is important to create e.g. highlights. Just position the Grid in front of your e.g. softboxes or reflectors and you will achieve the desired result.  

Regarding your outdoor shootings, the Grid serves for example as light lowering device. The round shape of the Grid creates a round, natural lighting of the eyes in e.g. beauty photography. Put the Grid in front of the sun and your model or object will be shined less.

The mesh structure of the Foldable Grid is with meshes of approx. 3x3mm very fine. Furthermore, the Grid is very lightweight with only approx. 0,3kg and can therewith ideally be carried in the included carrying bag everywhere you want.
